Slime/fungus(?) on BN catfish

Well, today I noticed that on my BN's tail, theres some sort of thin, transparent looking "stuff" trailing behind his tail. There is none of this one any of my other fish, what could it be?

It can be a bacteria infection or parasite, does the fish flick and rub on objects.

No, he doesn't. It hasn't come back after it came off, so I'm not worried, especcially since none of the other fish have been flicking or anything, and have none of this 'slime'.
