Skunk Shrimp

My two skunk cleaner shrimp have been hiding under a rock lately. They have been in my tank for around 2 months and have been there for about 2 weeks. They were really social until they started doing this. Is there any reason they would be doing this? Mating maybe? But im pretty sure thats very unlikely...
