Not sure about Pleco fry, but I have a Black Widow in my community tank and it has been trying to eat my 2 week old Molly fry! Luckily the fry are too fast but from what I have seen I wouldnt recommend it.

Click to expand... i think they will try anything small enough, although plecs normally remail near the bottom of the tank, and under plant leaves, so i would have thought enough would survive until they are big enough to be of no further risk. di
