Skinny guppy

I have a tank with 1 female guppy and two age groups of her fry. Two weeks ago she was infected with ich but gave birth again. I treated the tank with Rid•ich and it seems to have worked. None of the babies were infected. She is now appearing very skinny and I’m not sure what to do. Picture attached.

It could be internal parasites but slimming down fast after pregnancy does occur pretty often as well. And then they bend. That happens quite often when the female had too many fry or too many pregnancies. But in that case, meds won't help.
So, I'm hoping it's internal parasites. No funny either but at least it can be treated.
