i have a female guppy and she has jus got skinnier recently but now im worried. she seems to be losing her floatiing balance as her tail will start to float higher than her head but the she rights herselk. she has got very very skinny and im tinking internal parasites but im not sure and would love some advice. my ph 7 my ammonia 0 my nitrates 0 nitrite .5 dont have my gh or kh to hand water temp 26/27C it a 34 gallon tank wit 3 guppies 7 swords 7 mollies 4 danios. i dont want disease to spread what do u tink be best way to treat??

I'm not 100% sure as I have never had to treat internal parasites. I cannot recommend what ones worked best for me. Only ones that I have read of that works. Metronidazole, Maracyn and Maracyn 2, Try feeding pepso (a jungle product) this will flush the parasites out of the fish. But I'm not sure that it kills them. Also try raising the temperature (SLOWLY) to about 82 degrees and adding 1 tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons of tank water. I've read that these methods work. Again no experience, just research.

If the guppy is thin sounds like intlernal parasites which guppys are prone to.
She sounds it a bad way I would end her misery.
If she did have internal parasites she would of infected the others in the tank.
Any fish doing long stringy white poo.
Check the fish anus for looking enlarged, or red and inflamed.
Any fish have worms prutruding from the anus.
