Skinny Disease In Clown Loach

Hey all, i've been looking for a remedy to my clown loaches skinny disease as the sympons are pronounced back bone and clouding over its body. I've looked for flubenol 15 and there is none on the market. Ive also looked for Maracyn I + II and i cant find that either. What else is on the market in the UK to treat skinny disease?

ASAIK, you can obtain a Levamisole prescription from a vet.

Alternatively, check for a drug called UltraCarePx, it contains flubendazole and should work if your fish is still eating.

BTW, Maracyn's are antibiotics and cannot be effective, except for some symptom relief.

Thanks. I'll call the vet tomorrow. I'm also going to manage the tank as its my dads and i found out that he hasnt done a water change since i done it for him over a month ago! Silly man! I do 50% every week in mine!
