About 8 hours and I think I overdosed, because I added medication to the food after they pooped out worms, though 90% twice a day should have clean it up by now right?

Big water changes twice a day should dilute any medication. However, if you overdosed, the damage might have already been done.

I would just keep doing big daily water changes and hope for the best.

Try to increase aeration to maximise the oxygen levels in the water.
Keep the tank lights off for a few days and see if it helps.

Sorry to hear that 2 of your fish have died.

Can you remember when you fed them the food mixed with the medications, how many fish ate the food?

Which fish ate the most?
Are the two fish that died ate the most?
I want to confirm what caused the death of your fish.
Is it due to the medication or is it to the prolong internal infection?

Which fish ate the least?
Probably some fish can be saved if they don't eat too much of the food that were mixed with medication.

According to this website, the treatment of Febantel intoxication is by using active charcoal(the charcoal that we used when we have food poisoning - you can get this from pharmacy).

If the 3 that ate the most survived, it means the medication is working.

So, it's the internal infection (worms, bacteria or protozoa) that killed them and not the medications.

If you want to continue using the same medication(though I am not sure whether it is safe), you can consider Avel information.

Colin also mentioned that high dosage is toxic to the fish.
So, I am wondering whether low dosage is safe for the fish?

According to Avel, 1 tablet of your medication can be used for animal that weighs 4 kg.
I guess your Discus should be less than 1kg in weight, which means you can only use 1/4 tablet or less.

Take note that if the fish is still eating, you can mix the food with the medication.
But if the fish is not eating, you will have to put the medication into the tank water.
Praziquantel is safe to be put into the tank water.
But I have no idea whether can Febantel and Pyrantel be put into the tank water.

Lastly, you may also have to treat your tank for any worms/protozoa eggs that might be in the tank.
