"Praziquantel is a dog and cat deworming medication and is available all around the world. You can buy it from vets, stock feeders, supermarkets or anywhere that sells dog and cat food."

Same as this, correct?

Yes - PraziPro contains Praziquantel.

As others have said - do you have pictures? What other fish are in the tank? What is your water change schedule, pH etc.?

They should be fine for fish and treat thread/ round worms and tapeworms.
It also include Febantel.

I will try to get a picture after a water change, can't see anything right now due to all the tannin.

Dead worms to me.
You should siphon it out and make sure there's no other in tank.

Should I stop or continue the medication?

LOL, Oh that's just gross. Lotsa dead worms being expelled by the fish.

Continue treatment, once a week for 3-4 weeks.
Do a huge water change and gravel clean base 24 hours after treatment.

-----------------
What is the name of the medication you used?
How long after you treated them did the worms start to come out?

What is the name of the medication you used?
It’s called prarintel plus and it includes
Praziquantel 50 mg
Pyrantel 144 mg
Febantel 150 mg

All of them seems to have clamped fins after the treatment

I have 6 discus in my 53g blackwater tank and 1 of them died week ago and I think it’s too late for another one.

I also used Mebendazole week ago and I just read online that it can caused internal bleeding.

Clamped fins indicate discomfort and/or stress, even sign of swim bladder trouble.

@Colin_T
They are doing heads up swimming with slimy skin, I have done 2 90% water changes today and they don't seems to get better the slightest, should I move them to QT tank and do a 100% water change on this one?

Yeah move them into a clean tank and check the water quality just in case the well water is off again.

They are still doing the same thing in the QT tank, swimming heads up, do you think it's the med that caused this?
What should I do?

Have you tested the water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, etc?

It could be the medication but if it was a fish deworming medication it should be fine. And most deworming medications are considered safe due to them only affecting worms. If you overdosed the medication it might be causing some side effects but that should have stopped when you moved them into clean water without the medication.

Is there lots of aeration?
Can you post pictures and video of the fish doing it?
