Why does it fill up sooo fast??? its a new marine setup could it be that?? and is there any way of stoping the bubbles getting back in to the tank? mine came with a bubble stop but that dont seem to work

take it the skimmer has only recently been added?

if so your chemestry will take time to settle hence the skimmer being all over the place with regards to the amount of skimate being removed.

was almost a given that it was a v2

it will settle down both with noise and skimate level after about 2 weeks, im afraid you will have to bear with it until it settels, aws for the bubbles, no one seems to be able to offer a good answer on how to stop them, its a game of trial and error, having said that if you find a good solution post it on here.
