Sizes of thick lipped gouramis

Do the female Thick lipped gouramis reach the same size as the males?/im planning to breed them and i want to know when she will be sexually mature to have babies???The males is about 6-7cm and the female is about 4-5cm?is she sexually mature?

Yes they will both eventually reach the same max size of 4 inches but the males usually grow faster than the females.
