Single White Spot

I just noticed that Cloud has a single white dot on his side... It's larger than salt and I know it's not Ich.... any ideas? IF I have to treat the tank, I'll take the snails out and put them in the main tank.... but I dunno what it might be.

yes it's on Cloud. He's acting very normal, begging for food (which he's already had).... playing in the bubbles, loving up on his heater....
