Ok, so I'm still trying to get them at least use to each other. So far I think I've made some progress. Sky is now the aggressor which isn't really good since she wasn't before. I think she's getting too comfortable here.
Simba just tries to run away from her when she goes after him but sometimes she catches him by surprise and gets him so he just gets her back. The only way they separate is when I spray water on them (I do it to whoever starts the fight). I'm sure they're not hurting each other since I'm doing wellness checks on them when they meet and no one has visible marks. Although Simba gave a loud yell today when Sky pounced on his back but he was ok. He tries to play with her but I think she's mis-interpreting his actions and thinking he's going to attack her which I know he's not. In these pictures they were playing together. She attacked him because Simba tried to go over her to get the mouse and she thought he was going to bite her so playtime was over then. But at least I think I'm doing some progress.

So the water bottle method worked for me. They still try to bite each other at times but I just shake the water bottle and they go apart. Now Sky is comfortable enough in the room to go to sleep. I put them together when both of them were extremely tired.
