silver tipped tetra

i have 7 silver tipped tetras in my tank, 1 in particular is fish with attitude and keeps cahsing other fish and darting about really fast. is this normal? he seems to be doing no harm just abit crazy

very normal for silvertips
they are, IME, one of the most nippy tetras

sorry what does ime mean? am new to all this. r they doing any harm like this? he particuarly likes my glass catfish but only chases him a bit

IME= In My Experiance

they can bite off the fins of other fish, this could lead to fin rot( a disease) and or lead to other health problems
I did find that when I kept silvertips the more I kept the less the aggression was.

7 is a good number, if you can house/afford more then I would have more.
