hi, does anyone know how long silver tip tetras typically live for?
it's been about 2 years 3 months since i got them, although i only have one left.
it's been quite an aggressive fish (most of them were, too) and kept chasing the young male guppies, serpae tetras and mountain minnows (altho the MM's got moved and are much happier), but seems to have mellowed the last couple of months.
just wondering if this is an age thing.
there have been times where i've thought about flushing it, as it did kill a few guppies, but i'd never have the heart to do that to it, lol!!
we're wanting to get some new fish now, but obviously the silver tip may be a concern. any suggestions on suitable tank mates?
