Is there anything I can do to stop my Silver Shark eating my Neons? The shark chase my neons and if it isolates any then the Black Widow Tetras also seem to join in!!

Yeah take either the shark or the tetras out of the tank. It is natural behavior.

What size tank is the shark in? They grow pretty big and like to be in shoals.

I have 8 (Bala) Silver Sharks that size in my tank....And also 9 cool schooling African Congo Tetra:

no problem, because the Congos are between 2 1/2 and about 3 1/2 inches long and still growing(they get up to 4 inches long and very high in body).

Try them...these guys get Big and fat!
(and are not intimidated by my sharks, are very peaceful, But they also have teeth!)

if fish are small enough to fit in others mouths then they can be seen as a nice snack. As said either move the shark or neons out.

As stated above it is natural behavior.
I am a bit surprised by the Black Widow Tetras.
I have a school to 12 neons and have 2 Black Widow Tetras. (from previous tank)
Never bother the neons.

My black widows occasionally go after anything smaller than themselves. Never eaten anything that wasn't already dead, but they do sometimes bully my praecox rainbowfish.
