Silver Dollar Acting Rather Strange

iv just bought a silver dollar on sunday and i went out this morning about 11 and iv just got home and its acting really strange..it cant keep itself level and keeps trying to swim down but its back end keeps pulling it the surface all my other fish are acting normal and all my water is perfect any ideas on whats wrong and what to do

Sounds like swim bladder.
Does he also look abit bloated.
Was he caught roughly.

How long did you climatise the new fish.

Try some shelled peas.
Issolate him.


Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
