Does anyone know where you can get slicone, to make your own tank which i might be doing, just get the glass cut profesionally etc.Because i dont know which fish- safe silicone to get!

try ebay. I recently bought a couple of tubes of aquarium safe silicone for a few quid.
They had both black and transparent.

I dont think so. If that were the case I think most aquariums would be sold as Fresh water/Salt water only.

Correct, once cured, silicone creates a very strong bond with glass, fresh or saltwater.

which glass can i actually safley use, the shop sells toughned would this be suitable for aqariums?

Tempered glass is just fine for aquariums, and you can even use slightly thinnger glass when it's tempered. Problem is, it can't be drilled :)

The glass needs to be cut to size first before the tempering process. (Glasscutter by trade) Afterwards it cannot be cut or drilled as Fletch has already mentioned. The edges then need to be araised/milled otherwise it will explode in the toughening furnace.
As for your silicone

I use the top one for small tanks
