Signature Help Please

I know how to place an image in my signature, however how do I also make this picture an active link. I.E. when you click it, it takes me to a post on here?

I know this is probably easy however I do not know how to do this.

Any help appreciated.

Click the 'insert image' icon and insert it. Highlight the insert image text created and click the 'Insert link' icon & add the URL address such that the image also becomes a link. Does that make sense?

Dunno if this would work for a signature...

the code is using my sig as an example:

[url=http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=228383][img]http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii226/aaron_north1/tanksig-3.jpg[/img][/url]

Basically you swap what usually is the text, seen like this, for the image link.

ps. i know your question was answered but some may find the code easier.
