Sicyopterus Zosterophorus (aka Flaming Arrow Goby)

I saw a picture of these gobys (gobies?) but can't find any "how to care for" information on them. I know they are freshwater and from Indonesia. Can anyone give a rundown on how to keep these little guys (how big will they get?) and/or point me to a site with a fair amount of legitimate information on the care and keeping of them? Thanks.
