i just did a diagnosis of him and this is what i found

Lethargy and inappetence are common symptoms of many diseases, so further investigation is essential

1) Fish may be suffering from a parasite problem. Take a skin and gill scrape. Examine the gills.

2) There could be internal disease problems

3) Early stage of systemic bacterial infection. Isolate and observe


now i dont know what to do .... can i save him?
is it contageous

symptoms include
slow hurtfull swimming ...
a white patch on his skin ... not flufy
weak
and not schooling

all ive been doing all week is water changes

and hes not the first one that i lost within the school

and he had the same symptoms ....

now if you know anything that could help
or prevent it from hapening to the other fish
then please help me

if you mean ich then no its not ich

ive had experiences with ich and this is not on of them

he stuck to the filter....

i hope i never have to do this again...
how do i get rid of the problem so it dosnt get my other fish

like is it in the water like ich

or is it passed on from fish to fish

or is it not contageous

I'm just about to loose one of my Tb,s have a look at the pics in emergency section under Tbs with what looks like ulcer and see if it looks like the same mark on the scales.

Mines is a bit fluffy and also red patches round the wound.
