I went out yesterday, came home a couple of hours later and one of my previously healthy red phantoms was lying on the bottom of the tank. I've put him in an isolation tank but he doesn't look good He can kind of swim but when he does he's completely upside down. Other than that he looks completely normal. Anything I can do? The other fish are all healthy. I have 6 neons, 5 other red phantoms and 2 bristlenose plecs. I change 25% of the water and do a gravel vacuum twice a week and my water stats are good. Thanks in advance!

Hi Beanlekin,..

Have you make sure about the tank condition???

because the fish requires considerable attention to water condition and feeding. the common error is high water temperature. prefers soft, slightly-acid water with frequent changes, frequent but small feedings and subdued lightning.

I hope the info could help your red phantom,...

and if you want to no more about new fish and how to keep them,.. you can visit my blog fishfortanks.blogspot.com
