Sick Red Belly

Hey everyone, i woke up this morning and one of my red bellies has turned white around the eyes and mouth and is very lethargic. PLease help. I have two red bellies in a 50 gallon tank. Any help is greatly appreciated.

do you mean red belly pacu's?

the 50 gallon tank is quite possibly the problem if that's the case, they will need a significantly larger tank.
