Sick neons?

Hi. I just purchased 6 neons about a week ago & their bellies are starting to look lumpy& bumpy. I am sure they didn't look like that when I bought them. The stomachs of my 2 pencil fish also look larger too. The odd fish is also flashing so I think ich may be present too. Do neons normally look "lumpy"? Any thoughts? Thanks.

Try considering parasite.

It could also be fish tuberculosis. I had a danio with the same symptoms and that's what it turned out to be.
