Sick Habrosus?

I spotted a lump on his belly but it's very hard to take a pic of him since he's moving around alot but I found a pic and just added a diagram to it.. Does anyone know what it is?

What type of substrate do you have?
 
What colour is the lump? Approximately how big?
 
What are your tank stats? Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and tank size.
Also, what are the tankmates?

The substrate that i have in my 10G tank is play sand. As for the lump, it's appormixitely about of it's eyes which is about a couple MM? I'm guessing 4-5 or so.

PH - 7.0
Ammonia - 0.25ppm
Nitrite - 0ppm
Nitrate - 10ppm

It is either a deformation or a cyst,
 
Cysts in fish are pretty much unknown if curable
 
or could be eggs
 
but your ammonia sure is worrying

At 0.25 I would imagine that it is a false reading, nothing to worry about IMO.
 
Agree that it could be cysts or eggs.
