Sick Gourami with ulcers

Please let me know if you have had a gourami in the past with ulcers and whether you were able to fix it. I've had 2 die from the same thing and now i think my third gourami is getting it. My research leads me to believe it is either gourami disease or tuberculosis. I have tried every medication on the market. Any info would be appreciated.

That type of fish are prone to ulcers, best bet is antibiotics but yuou can't get them in the uk.
