Hi,

My Uaru fish not eating many days and is body cover with mucus
I tried over 2 weeks Metronidazole treatment but there is no change

He's covered in excess mucus, producing too much slime coat, which usually means irritated by poor water quality or potentially parasitic.
Fresh clean water first - huge daily water changes, changing 75% of the water daily. Wipe down the glass inside first, and add some rockwork or similar for him to feel more secure and reduce stress. Then see how he does.
