Sick Fish

I need some help with one of my C44 he is slowly dying and I feel hopeless!! I have tried everything... I did a water change put some Aqua plus in the water but still no result. All my other fish are healthy but I don't want to get my water with unwanted bacteria. Can comeone help me save my friend...
