sick female

I have a sick female betta. Shes in a hospital tank atm, I'm not sure what's wrong with her. She has too open wounds on her, it looks like something ripped a hunk out of her on each side. Before that happened she had 3 whitelike stripes going down her sides. Her fins looked like they were ripped. I've had her alone fer awhile now, so no other fish could have done this. What's wrong with her and what meds should I use?

It sounds like this to me. Check over the symptoms and see if you agree, though. If it is this, then you should get her on some Tetracycline as soon as possible.
