Sick betta

This little girl betta of mine is very sick. I have her in the hospital tank right now. I also have her in betta max too. She is head standing they are no signs of illness at all no sores no swelling of any kind. She just seems to be headstanding and not eating. I know this isnt much to go on but this is all I have right now. Could someone please give some kinmd of ideas on what to do. \

headstanding with no other clinical signs point to Edwardsiella tarda an internal bacteria.

any anti-bacterial medication should cure it, however if the problem is advanced then it is likly to have little or no effect. If you can get a medicated food, and get him to eat it, that will help more.
