My Betta is sluggish, won't eat, sits on the bottom of his tank and has grayish fins and gray under his mouth and part of the under belly. I have tried treating for ich, but wonder if this is his problem as he doesn't improve. Can anyone help? It is really sad to see him looking so lethargic.Sick Betta

It could be a number of things but it doesn't sound like ich, ich is very noticable white splotches on the skin. So ich meds could be upseting his system. How did he look when you 1st started treatment? How's his water quality? Is he eating?
Does he have a very round swollen belly? How long have you had him? What size tank is he in?
