Sick angels?

K, I have 3 angels in a 33 gallon, and one seems to be hanging just under the surface in the corner. He was fine this morning, but now hes acting this way. There is no physical damage or anything, but hes not eating now. He was this morning, but not anymore. None of my other fish are doing this. Anyone know whats wrong?
