Siamese Fighters Attacking each other

I have got a Male and a female fighter in a tank by themselves with a plant, 2 flower pots. Of sudden they keep nipping each other. Is there anyway that i can stop them nipping each other?

seperate them...they will carry on fighting.

never put in a female and a male unless you're trying to breed them.

if you leave them in there for much longer, they could possibly kill each other. seperate them and put them in some bettamax (not to be confused with the bottle of poo-bettafix) to soothe their injuries and torn fins.

Yep, you need to seperate them, they can NOT be kept together. You might want to read the pinned subject on caring for Bettas to be sure you know the proper way to care for them, they're a bit different from other fish.
