siamese fighter dying !!!

my siamese is dying its still breathing but lying upside down occasionally it will shoot to surface then float back down, have recently done partial water change and gravel clean, all other fish are very halthy what do i need to do ? contra spot and treatmens say about bad tank conditions etc but i dont see how this can be, could it be stressed Thanks in advance

Sounds like a fungus. You'll need to treat it with something, I'd use BettaMax. Your best bet will be to remove him from the community to medicate him. If you do remove him,put him in nothing smaller than 2 gallons so he doesn't stress from the sudden change.

ill go and get some now lets hope he pulls through there lovely fish but they seem to be very sensitive and fussy
