Shy Fish

Ive recently added 4 small parrot fish to my 155ltr tank. They hide all the time and the other fish are now hiding with them. Anyone any ideas why? What to do?

You could try getting dither fish. They're used a lot to relax shy fish and make them more active. The most common is zebra danios.

I would really advise against trying that before exhausting every other option. It is generally a very bad idea to add more fish on impulse, you should really look into everything else as for all you know there may be a problem with the fishes health. Some more information would be helpful.
