Shrims And Lobsters (crayfish)

over the weekend, ive bought 3 wood shrimps, and would like to know how do you tell the sex of them and anything else about them plz
i also got 2 lobsters (crayfish) and dont know what sort they are,
if i post a piccie, would anyone be able to tell me what sort they are and any other info would be great?
they do look a bit like the wood shrinp, in colour wise.
