Shrimps Changing Colour.

I have some Bumblebee shrimp that were a distinct black and white striped colour. Within three weeks they have turned to a brown and cream striped colour. Is there something wrong, or are they matching the background colour of the Mopani wood they spend so much time on?

Don't worry about it, most shrimp in the caridina genus do this, especially the 'ninja shrimp' . They will just be settling in.

Funnily enough, a black and white one turned up today. I think he has been hiding in my internal filter for the last couple of weeks. I shall keep an eye on him and see how long he takes to change colour.
