Shrimps Affected By Medication

I have a tank which I recently treated for Fin Rot. The mediction is present in the tank still.
It is King British Fin Rot and Fungus control, and it doesn't mention not using with shrimps or invertibrates. It does say 'for ornamental fish only' which I think is a bit vague. It contains Phenoxyethanol. I want to add the shrimp tommorro, and could change some water.

Could anyone advise?

Put some carbon in your filter and then tomorrow do a 20% water change before getting the shrimp, and wash the carbon out.

I'd be very wary after a bad experience with meds and shrimp and hold off as long as possible before adding the shrimp even after filtering with carbon and a water change.
