I just wanted to ask if you guys know what kind of shrimp this is? Ghost?

Very small shrimp.... hard to tell

Looks like it could also be amano - Caridina japonica

try her to see if you can id it better

There are numerous species of Ghost Shrimp and it does look like one, and in any event, it could be called a Ghost Shrimp as that's just a common name used for nearly any transparent shrimp.
