Shrimp?!?!?!?!?!

I turned on the light in my room the other night, just to check out all of the nocternal critters that live on my LR and I saw what appeared to be a shrimp! Only about 1/4in long, and he quickly dove into a hole in the live rock, but I am sure that he was a shrimp! I have also found a hermit crab, a brittle sea star, lots of bristle worms, a small clam (which was not smart enough to hide inside the LR... the triggers quickly made a snack out of it ), a tiny snail (pretty sure the triggers ate that too...), a strange worm-looking thing (completely smooth, no "bristles"), and several limpids (sp?). The shrimp is white with brownish-grayish stripes. Anybody have a clue what type of shrimp it is?

You folks with the marine tanks with the live rock really crack me up. I enjoy your descriptions of the things that suddenly appear out of the rock and sand! It must be facinating to have all that life just appear where you were expecting none. Olive had the funniest thread this winter where she described all these things crawling out of the rock in the night. Awesome! Thanks for sharing and if it is a shrimp, HOW COOL IS THAT!!!
