whats the rules on a shrimps bio load is it the same as a similar sized fish?

The simple answer is no, shrimp don't create the same bioload as fish. However if you have a quick breeding type of shrimp such as cherry shrimp they can create a larger bioload just by sheer numbers as they produce more and more offspring
