Mature female cherry shrimp are supposed to have a visible yellow "saddle" on their back, which is the unfertilized eggs. With the first batch of shrimp I bought, the females fit this description. But in the new batch I bought recently, in almost all the females I can see the eggs, but they're statue-of-liberty green rather than yellow. Is this normal? Is it something weird? As a pure amateur with my 1 month old neocardina tank. If you have males and slightly hard water.

When the eggs will move from her "saddle" Get ready to bring some baby food.
