I have a 5 gallon tank with 2 guppies and 2 ghost shrimp. If I get a snail, will it be eaten? I'm not worried about the guppies eating them, but I think the shrimp might...

no its safe loaches and assassnin snails eat snails

What type of snail would you want to get? I can't see shrimp being a threat to a decent sized snail

My dad has a tank full of cherries, ammano shrimp and assassin snails and has never had a problem :3

shrimp wont be a problem to snails, i keep amano's and iv had pest snails in my tank they dont do anything to them, also kept cherrys and snails and were fine

so an apple snail (there commenly sold as mystery snails), be warned they eat plants
