Why am I browsing a fish forum at 2am?
I went to petsmart last night and a lot of the bettas seem to look like crowntails. I didn't know if they are just easy to get around here or if they just have shredded tails. I found about 5 in the masses of jars on the shelf. I also found one at walmart.
Also, I am sad to say my dark blue betta had grungy fins. Yes, his fins were are curled up at the ends...... he's been like that since I bought him. But now that he is in this bigger tank they are starting unravel. I think he's a crowntail!!! Or are the other fish picking on him and shredding his tail? I don't know how to tell. Will try to get a pick in a few days. Maybe by saturday!
