I have recently been having problems with columnaris bacteria, you can read more in this thread:

I have ordered some Waterlife myxaxin which should arrive later today. However, I am not sure if I should remove the salt I have in the aquarium before I add the medication. I also need to do a water change soon but would rather do it before I add the medication as I don't really want to be replenishing medication. I have heard that you should remove salt slowly from the water but I don't think that my sick fish has enough time for the salt to be removed before adding the medication.
Thanks to everybody who has helped.

What is your salt concentration at the moment ?

It's always a good idea to make a good water change before using medication. This helps to remove any accumulated waste products that could lower medication efficiency.

But there is no counter indication about using salt with Myxazin.

Ok, that's is not a very high concentration. You could do a 33% water change before adding the meds.

The medication has arrived now and on the bottle it says to half the dosage if there are fry in the tank. I have 2 fry that were born around a month ago and they are around 1cm long. Would you say I should half the dosage or do the normal one? I will attach a picture of one.

I would take the chance to fry the fry. But make sure to save the tank and go with a normal dose.

You seem to have a lots of invertebrates all around your tank. It's not possible to identify them from the picture. If they start to die, keep an eye on ammonia and nitrite.
