Should I euthanise my fish?

I have a platy which I believe has dropsy. It has a very swollen belly and its eyes look like they are bulging. I will attach a video. I had been like this for about a week. I heard that it is quite difficult to treat so should I just euthanise it?

video isn't working but if the fish hasn't eaten for a week and is not moving normally, euthanise it.

When this happens, try right-click on the video, Save link as... Put it on your desktop, You should be able to view it easily from there with any video player, like VLC etc.
