should i cycle my breeding tank, i'm doing the final checks for my first breeding attempt and was wondering if i should cyycle my breeding tank and grow out tanks, or dechlor like my smaller tanks
any other breeding advice is always welcome

I've only bred guppies, but I was told they are better off in a cycled tank. The best way to do it is hang all of their filters on the established tank or do a fishless with ammonia and Bio-spira-(will cycle it in 1 week or less!!!)

Using a seasoned sponge filter is up to you, it's done both ways. Personally, I prefer non-cycled tanks and I do 80-85% water changes every day , if that's too much to commit to, than cycled is the way to go.

Well...whenI spawned my bettas I just added sme aquaplus and put my pair in and they bred but I dont think theres that big of a difference
