I have some anubias congensis in my tank but I have red tiger lotus and anubias barteri i ordered for my tank to add to it . I just fertilized my plants twice last week but I'm finding brown spots should I go ahead and add another dose because I just did a water change this morning and the fertilizer I'm using is crystal pro flora multi minerals from Amazon

Anubias doesn't need a lot of fertilizer due to it being a slow growing plant. Your tiger lotus will like nutrients.

You can probably fertilise once a week and do a big water change before fertilising to prevent any residual fertiliser from building up and poisoning the fish.

The brown spots on the leaf could be from the plant being grown out of water before you got it and now being submersed (underwater). The plant will have terrestrial leaves that die off and new aquatic leaves should grow.

I would check your levels of your aquarium and see where they are at.

Some plants can handle the large amount of fertilizer you are putting into your aquarium

Then some plants can not tolerate it

Check out green leaf aquarium.com website

I have been going to them for over 25 years for questions and advice on there products concerning planted Aquariums

I feel you will like them in the long run

I just have a question about your hardness in your water ?

All of your other levels look good from what I can see
