Should I Add Anything Else?

at the moment my 350l tank has a red spotted sev, a firemouth, an ebjd, a royal plec and 9 columbian tetras with 2 fluval u4's and an eheim 2028 as filtration

could i add any thing else? if so what would work

I wouldnt bother mate, it will look amazing when they are all filly grown, and if its working well now, i wouldnt mess with it.

The only thing i would swap out is the Firemouth and try and get a Ellioti to replace it with
