shopping for new light need help t5 or compact

what kinda fixture should i get? i am looking for something with the atinic color in it? please help me out. i was looking at these two what do you guys think? i dont know what is better t5 fixture or compact lighting. the first link is my light that i am selling the second 2 are the ones i am looking at buying. the first light was way to bright for my 55 gallon freshwater tank.

Your first link doesnt work.

I would avoid actinic lighting. This is mainly for marine tanks. In a freshwater tank it might encourage algae growth.
