Shipping Fish From The Us To Mexico?

Hi! I used to live in the States, but for family reasons had to move to Mexico and leave my 28g tank behind Now I have just set up a 63g and I love it! But it's very bare. I have only one male pink Glo-Fish that seems to enjoy taking filter baths, LOL.
Anyway, I hate looking on eBay, seeing wonderful, purebreed guppies (impossible to find those here!) and other cool fish I can't get here, and seeing "Ships to: United States" on its page. Darn it!
I have some family members in the States who might be able to ship me the fish. Does anyone know if it would be possible for them to buy the fish and ship them to me? Would that be allowed?

Possible but expensive. Abd maybe the fish will ve send back or retained. Depending on where you live i might be able to get you some purebread guppies. I live next to border and i usually sell guppies all purebred.

Looking at eBay is driving me up the wall, since it's impossible to find any of those gorgeous half-black blue, half-black light blue, or light blue albino guppies here (yes, blue is my favorite color)! All we have are mongrels (which are beautiful, don't get me wrong, but I would now like to try PBs for the first time

)
Assuming it's actually allowed, how much would you ask for one pair? Do you have any blue varieties?

I do have half black and half blue. I got some that are blue and orange but im seen if i can breed those. And some that are almost completely blue. I usually go more for the purples and whites. I do have a blue and white one but he refuses to breed more like him.
I yhought you might live on border. x_x
